Dr. Gloria J. Gabler is an Associate Professor and Department Head of the Behavioral Health and Family Studies Programs at Southwestern College. In addition, she is an Adjunct Professor at Phoenix Seminary. She holds a Ph.D. degree from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, a Master of Arts in theology from Fuller Seminary, a Master of Counseling (MC) degree from Arizona State University, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Houston. |
Dr. Gabler has nearly twenty years of clinical experience and she brings a practitioner's understanding of the field to the courses she teaches. She is an Arizona State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, and a Certified Family Life Educator. She is also the Phoenix Area Coordinator for the Christian Association for Psychological Studies and a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She and her husband, Jim, have two adult children.
