Deadline to submit 2009-10 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and complete virtual financial aid interview to assure federal aid and SWC scholarships will be reflected on student invoice.

Deadline to complete loan applications (first time borrowers), confirm loan acceptance to financial aid (returning borrowers), and/or file PLUS loan applications to ensure the funds are reflected on Registration Invoice when the Fall Tuition Invoice is mailed.

Arizona State Grant programs (PEG, SLEAP, ACAAP,etc.) application/renewal opens.

July 6, 2009
|
2009 Fall term Registration Invoices reflecting charges and financial aid mailed to students by the Business Office.

|
July 15, 2009
|
First payment due on 10 month Tuition Pay annual payment plan.

|
Aug. 1, 2009
|
Deadline to complete all loan applications for the Fall term to ensure funds are received the first week of school.

Aug. 20, 2009
|
Payment of student’s Fall 2009 account balance is due and payable in the Business Office. Enrollment Agreement/Registration Invoice must be signed and returned with payment or proof of enrollment in Tuition Pay.

Last day to apply for Tuition Pay payment plan.

2010 Spring term Registration Invoices reflecting charges and financial aid mailed to students by the Business Office.

Payment of student’s Spring 2010 account balance is due and payable in the Business Office. Enrollment Agreement/Registration Invoice must be signed and returned with payment or proof of enrollment in Tuition Pay.
