Here at SWC we believe that leaders are made, and not born. We believe that each of us has the capacity to be a leader if we choose to, and if we are placed in the right circumstances. Through using tools such as the Strengthsfinder, MBTI, Learning Styles, and other tools, we look to start students on a journey that reveals to them that leadership is more about who they are, than what than what do. We believe that God has designed us exactly how He desired, and that true leadership and influence happens when we allow Him to live through us. One of the ways students can go with us on this journey is through Student Leadership Council.
